Not a bad idea, actually. The conservative approach, (I do not know where this man's allegiances lie), would have been to almost immediately proclaim to the world how America was not hurt but instead will crack down even harder on terrorism. This commentator is saying that that's what the terrorists want:
"I say that one little mayor is going to die, well then everybody just loses their minds!"
